Despite being from different academic
backgrounds, they spent two years pursuing a common path with Eliot Fisk, at the Mozarteum Universität in
Master of Arts in Music Performance.
They then completed their subsequent studies under the guidance of
Lorenzo Micheli in Lugano, at the Italian Swiss Conservatory in Master of Arts in Music Pedagogy.
They are currently both working in Germany as guitar teachers: Roberto in Baden Würrtemberg at the
Musikschule - Lauffen und Umgebung and Jaka in Bayern at the Musikschule Nürnberg.
They regularly
perform at guitar festivals and music events in the following countries: Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria,
Slovenia. The interpretive approach of the Duo is strongly linked to the composer’s initial intention and then
given idiomatic solutions that lead to a greater sonority of the instrument, allowing a fresh, crystal-clear and
compact sound.
The ZeroDuo plays on guitars by Hideo Sato and Kazuo Sato.
